Having looked at typographic posters, focusing on their composition, I decided to develop my 'courage' quote in a similar style. I wanted to give the layout a blocked, squared off look - bold, clear and eye-catching on the page - the direct opposite to fear. I started to experiment with colour, using red to represent the face of danger, and starting to consider how my posters could be screen printed.
