Creating the Front Cover

I wanted a front cover that represented the way the publication would be presented: clean, clear & concise. I decided the best way to do that would be to communicate an important aspect of the sport first and foremost: the oval-shaped ball. I used this image as a base and created a simple icon that could be used to represent the booklet:

I used the visual identity made through the simplicity of the front cover, I started to apply the comparisons to the layout. The blue seems to work better as the title, it gives a better hierarchy to the layout.
