The first thing to do is to identify how the quote can be broken up. From left to right, different variations of how I could build up the quote as a typographic poster.
When I think of love, and the connotations behind it, one of the things that stand out are love letters. Whether it be a couple of young romantics passing notes in class, or a carefully constructed message from a man telling his wife how much she means to him, a love note is well... a symbol of love. And in typographic terms, this means playing around with scripted typefaces and reaching something that looks hand-written. Here are a few initial experiments, highlighting key points of the quote:
