After discussion we have decided to go for a Charity theme. Because our main target audience is young professionals, the humour involved with the 'cause' could persuade people to give it a go. 'Please save mayonnaise, donate £2 a month to stop it's suffering'.
We plan on making a link with Oxfam, to persuade them further to donate to the cause. Although the cause is meant to be light hearted, there are still serious problems especially in third world countries. It would make them feel good about making a donation to charity, and would sell the product in a unique way.
